Hivesoft Solutions is a small, founder-led IT staffing and consulting firm based in Plano, Texas and St. Petersburg, Florida. We help companies find the right consultants for data, analytics, and cloud roles, and we deliver hands-on data work as a registered dbt Labs Consulting & Services Partner.
Why We Exist
Most IT staffing firms move resumes. Very few understand the work.
When a hiring manager needs a dbt engineer, analytics engineer, or Snowflake consultant, keyword-matched resumes are not enough. Hivesoft exists because staffing should be technically informed, honest, and accountable.
We come from inside the data ecosystem. We know what good looks like in these roles because we have done the work ourselves. That is the difference: we screen technically, submit fewer profiles, say no when a role is not right for us, and stand behind every consultant we place.

Dhana founded Hivesoft Solutions to bridge the gap between IT staffing and hands-on data consulting. With deep experience in the modern data stack, including dbt, Snowflake, and analytics engineering, she leads the firm's data practice and partnerships, including Hivesoft's dbt Labs Consulting & Services Partnership through MGB.
Based in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.

Venkata Avanigadda
Venkata brings over a decade of enterprise consulting experience to Hivesoft, including SAP Finance & Controls work with EY in London and SAP consulting at USAA in Texas. He leads operations, business development, and enterprise engagements. He holds an MBA from the University of Bedfordshire.

When we send you a profile, we have already vetted it against the actual technical requirements of the role.
Quality of placement over speed of submission.
We would rather submit two strong candidates in 72 hours than five mediocre ones in 12 hours.

If a role is not a fit, we will tell you. If a candidate is not ready, we will not submit them.
